The following lists the actions Momentum will be able to perform in Slack. Momentum can only create and manage channels when it has been explicitly invited or when it has created the channel on behalf of a user.

Will Momentum use my data to train its AI models?

No, Momentum will never use your data to train, test, or improve any of our AI or machine learning models. Momentum does not access, modify, or utilize your data for any purpose other than providing the services.

How long is the data stored?

The data is stored for as long as the service is provided. Upon request, once the service is complete, Momentum will certify in writing that the data has been securely deleted within thirty (30) days.

How secure are Momentum and my data?

Momentum offers the highest level of security for all its customers. Momentum complies with SOC2 Type II certification, attesting to the security, availability, and confidentiality controls around its services. All recordings and other data, including transcript data, are securely stored in a database within GCP and undergo encryption both at rest and during transit.
